Masalah ini biasanya berlaku pada windows xp dan Windows 7 yang menyebabkan kegagalan untuk printer berfungsi.Untuk mengembalikan keadaan seperti biasa ikuti langkah-langkah dibawah :

1. Tekan logo windows pada keyboard atau klik start dan klik 'Run'
2. Pada 'Run' taip 'services.msc'
3. Pada menu 'services' pilih 'Print Spoiler'.
4. Pada Startup type pilih 'Automatic' 
5. Klik 'start' untuk running spooling printer
6. Klik Apply 
7. Tutup tetingkap menu Services dan klik start,Klik device and printer anda akan lihat paparan printer yang telah diinstall telah kembali dipapar.

Remote Dekstop Komputer Ofis

4.       buka internet explorer, dev.kk.usmnet/tech-warez- download info pc. Save sbg info pc.vbs.

5.       seret Info PC  ke start menu.

6.       untuk test.

a.       Klik info pc. Catat ip addres(cth 1.1.128.214) dan name computer(cth HUSM) tersebut.

b.      Menggunakan pc lain, klik start-accecories-remote desktop connection.

c.       Masukkan no ip, klik connect, masukkan ip, name computer eg. Husm dan password, enter.

7.       Untuk keluar, klik X pada taskbar menu dan restart pc tersebut.
